Throughout her career, Prof. Graydon has held academic appointments across several countries, including England, New Zealand, and Canada, before joining Euclid University. In addition to her teaching and research roles, she serves as a Senator at Euclid University and contributes to the institution’s scholarly community as Co-editor of the Euclid Intergovernmental Research and Policy Journal.
Professor Graydon is actively engaged in global initiatives and professional organizations. She is a Trustee of the Oxford Climate Alumni Network and a member of Mediators Beyond Borders International. Her work reflects a strong commitment to addressing complex global challenges through dialogue and education.
Before transitioning fully into academia, she practiced law in Canada, where she also developed educational programs in law and mediation for students, members of the judiciary, and the public. Her academic and professional work increasingly focuses on the intersection of mediation, climate change, and sustainability. She has designed innovative mediation programs addressing climate-related conflicts and has published widely on climate change education.
