Dr. Cecilia Hegamin-Younger is an Associate Professor in Monitoring and Evaluation at EUCLID (Euclid University) with an academic and professional career spanning over 25 years. She holds a Ph.D. in Measurement and Statistics from the University of Iowa and an LL.M. in Maritime Law, in addition to an MPH and an MLS. Her background includes professorial roles at St. George's University in Grenada and as a Visiting Professor at Washington University in St. Louis, and she has served as a technical specialist for Caribbean government health ministries. Dr. Hegamin-Younger is also a US-based mediator, arbitrator, and maritime legal advisor who serves as a liaison to the Drug Secretariat of Grenada and the Inter-American Drug Control Commission. She has been a professor at EUCLID, teaches at St. George's University in Grenada as Professor of Biostatistics, and is a faculty mentor at the University of Michigan and University of Illinois public health programs.
