H.E. Ambassador Prof. George A. Said-Zammit (born 1969 in Malta) is a distinguished Maltese diplomat, archaeologist, anthropologist, and senior academic administrator. He serves as Diplomatic High Steward of EUCLID (Euclid University)—a treaty-based intergovernmental university established under United Nations Treaty Series 49006/49007—and as a key leader of the EUCLID-sponsored institution EULER (Euler-Franeker Memorial University), where he acts as Founding Faculty Senate Member and Deputy Chancellor.

He is a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries (FSA), Fellow of the Royal Anthropological Institute (FRAI), and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Educational Assessors (FCIEA).

He enjoyed a 33-year career in Maltese education, rising from teacher to senior management positions in the Ministry for Education, including Director of Student Services and Director of Examinations (2017–2023). He has authored numerous scholarly monographs and papers, notably on Maltese archaeology and domestic space, including Houses and Domestic Space in Seventeenth and Eighteenth Century Hospitaller Malta (Routledge) and The Development of Domestic Space in the Maltese Islands (Archaeopress, 2016).
