EUCLID ALUMNI Profiles

Dr. Cristina Marongiu

Program: PhD In Mediation and conflict Resolution
Class of: 2026

My doctoral experience provided me with an enriching academic environment that strengthened both my research and professional development. The program allowed me to deepen my expertise in mediation, alternative conflict resolution, conflict theories, negotiation strategies, and intercultural communication, while encouraging intellectual independence and critical thinking for further application on global challenges. One of the most valuable aspects of the experience was the opportunity to adopt interdisciplinary perspectives and to develop research with applied, practical, institutional, and societal relevance. Moreover, the EUCLID programs offer flexibility and an individualized pace, enabling tailored career opportunities. I would strongly recommend the program to prospective students who are self-motivated, and interested in interdisciplinary and globally oriented research. The experience requires commitment, but it offers significant opportunities for academic growth and meaningful engagement with global issues.
