Prof. Moyosola Bamidele

Professor of Biostatistics and Measurement

Moyosola is a Full Professor of Biostatistics and Statistical Sciences at EUCLID (Euclid University)/EULER and a Data Scientist, and Monitoring and Evaluation expert with extensive experience in population and health research. He has led the weighting of Population-based HIV Impact Assessment (PHIA) surveys, providing technical support to the Government of Countries on nationally representative health estimates. His work spans donor-funded programmes supported by USAID, DFID, the European Union, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He holds a PhD in Biostatistics from the University of Ilorin and has published over 40 peer-reviewed articles.

Research & Interests:

His research focuses on biostatistics, demography, public health, disease modelling, population health, monitoring and evaluation, and advanced quantitative modelling. His interests include mortality and survival analysis, complex survey methods, PHIA weighting, and the use of machine learning and econometrics in public health. He applies data-driven approaches to inform policy and improve health outcomes, particularly in low- and middle-income settings.
