Very Reverend Father Dr. Charles Boampong Sarfo is a Senior Lecturer of Religion, Theology, and Liturgy at EUCLID (Euclid University), where his research focuses on the intersection of theological tradition and contemporary ecological ethics. Holding a Ph.D. in Theology with a specialization in Sacred Liturgy from the University of Calabar, as well as a Licentiate in Sacred Theology (STL), his scholarly work is rooted in the Catholic intellectual tradition. His research is notably exemplified in his publication, "Liturgical Celebration of the 'Sabbath' and its Implications for Ecological Harmony in Laudato Si'," which appeared in the Journal of Inculturation Theology. This work directly engages with Pope Francis's encyclical on the environment, exploring how the theological concept of the Sabbath can inform and enrich contemporary ecological stewardship. Additionally, his teaching interests include a focused study on "Ecological Liturgy in Africa: A Theological-Liturgical Study of Laudato Si'," demonstrating a sustained commitment to inculturating global ecotheological concerns within the African context
