Dr. Isa Elegbede

Dr. Isa Elegbede is an accomplished environmental scientist serving as an Associate Professor of Environmental Sciences at EUCLID (Euclid University), while also holding the position of Lecturer II at Lagos State University (LASU). He earned his PhD in Environmental Sciences with a specialization in Coastal and Ocean Resources Sustainability from Brandenburg University of Technology (BTU) in Cottbus, Germany. His professional experience includes both teaching and research roles at Lagos State University (as a full-time Professor) and as a Lecturer and Research Associate at Brandenburg University of Technology.

Dr. Elegbede's teaching interests are deeply rooted in the intersection of environmental systems and global policy. He focuses on Global Change and Sustainability, Marine and Coastal Governance, and Environmental Governance and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance). These interests are complemented by his research specialization in Marine and Coastal Resource Sustainability and Seafood Production, reflecting a commitment to interdisciplinary education that bridges natural sciences with governance frameworks.
