Dr. Marshet Weldeyohanns Anjulo is a EUCLID alumna and Public Health Research and Epidemiology Specialist with more than 19 years of international experience in public health, infectious disease surveillance, immunization systems strengthening, outbreak response, health systems assessment, and monitoring and evaluation.
Her professional experience spans multiple countries and regions, including Ethiopia, Somalia, Namibia, Nigeria, Cambodia, the Philippines, Timor-Leste, Kiribati, Tuvalu, and other complex field settings. She has worked with international organizations such as the World Health Organization, UNICEF, Save the Children, and USAID-supported health programs, contributing to evidence-based public health programming, vaccine-preventable disease surveillance, climate and health risk assessment, emergency preparedness, and health system strengthening.
Dr. Marshet holds a PhD in International Public Health from EUCLID University, as well as an MSc in Health Monitoring and Evaluation, a BSc in Public Health, and a Diploma in Comprehensive Nursing. Her areas of expertise include epidemiological analysis, qualitative and quantitative research, surveillance system evaluation, operational research, technical report writing, stakeholder engagement, training, and capacity building.
As a EUCLID graduate, she continues to apply her academic training and field experience to support stronger public health systems, improve disease surveillance, and contribute to evidence-informed health programming in diverse international settings.
