Oliver Dube is a sustainability, natural capital, and agro‑economics practitioner with more than two decades of experience spanning climate adaptation, environmental economics, rural livelihoods, water governance, GIS, and environmental compliance. He holds a PhD in Sustainable Development and Diplomacy from EUCLID (Euclid University), an intergovernmental institution mandated to support global capacity-building. He also holds an MSc in Natural Resource Management from the University of Leicester, an MSc in Enterprise Computing from the University of Derby, an MSc in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the University of Leeds, and additional qualifications in Development Studies, Information Systems, and the Circular Economy.
