This world-class doctoral program delivers rigorous training in both theoretical foundations and practical, policy-oriented applications. It equips graduates to address real-world issues such as clinical ethics, end-of-life care, clinical trial ethics, gender and equity issues, pandemic response, and global health justice.

Full program documentation — including detailed syllabus, faculty profiles, and transparent total tuition — is provided to help prospective students assess whether this degree aligns with their professional goals.
