EUCLID SG Winston Dookeran was formally invited by the United Nations Economic Commission on Latin America to offer a high-level presentation, which was delivered in person in Santiago, Chile, in April 2023. This international UN conference was attended by a large international delegation of ministers from more than 20 countries.
