He holds a Ph.D. in International Public Health and has contributed significantly to research, teaching, and implementation science across health financing, service delivery optimization, and healthcare quality improvement. He currently serves in senior health systems leadership roles, supporting government-led reforms, health financing strategies, and primary healthcare transformation initiatives across Nigeria. His scholarly work includes peer-reviewed publications, editorial engagements, and the development of innovative academic resources, including McGulma's Pharmaceutical Dictionary.
