Online (Asynchonous)
Why choose EUCLID's Online Master in Health Professions Education (MHPE)? Several distinctive features set this program apart from other graduate degrees in the field.
First, EUCLID is the world's only intergovernmental, treaty‑based university. With a UN‑registered charter and deep institutional expertise in global health, bioethics, and health professions education, the university enjoys unique recognition among international organizations, ministries of health, and academic institutions worldwide. This gives graduates of the Online MHPE a distinctive credential that carries weight in multilateral and government settings.
Second, the program is uniquely positioned at the intersection of health professions education, health systems strengthening, and instructional leadership. In today's rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, there is an urgent need for qualified educators who can train the next generation of health professionals — from physicians and nurses to public health practitioners and allied health workers. This MHPE equips professionals with the pedagogical frameworks, instructional design skills, and leadership competencies to shape health professions education at institutional, national, and international levels.
Third, the program is strongly practice‑oriented. Courses are designed and taught by faculty who combine academic rigor with extensive real‑world experience in health professions education, curriculum development, faculty development, and health systems management. The curriculum is regularly updated to address today's most pressing challenges in health education — from integrating technology and simulation-based learning to fostering interprofessional education and competency‑based assessment.
Fourth, students join a truly global alumni network of health educators, academic leaders, and policy advisors serving on four continents. This network provides exceptional opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, and career advancement in health professions education and health systems strengthening.
Fifth, the fully asynchronous online delivery offers maximum flexibility. With no fixed class times or residency requirements, working professionals — including clinicians, educators, and health administrators — can complete the program from anywhere in the world while continuing their careers.
If you are a health professional, educator, or academic leader seeking a prestigious, flexible, and highly relevant master's degree that bridges educational theory and health systems practice, EUCLID's Online Master in Health Professionals Education is designed for you.
