Overview

EUCLID’s online master of public administration in international development (MPA / ID) builds on the institution's area of core expertise which is sustainable development and diplomacy.

The EUCLID MPAID is closely related to the EUCLID MBA in Sustainable Development which has been ranked in the world's top 25 since 2016 for a good reason: it is offered by an international intergovernmental organization with a university mandate and specialized expertise in sustainable development. This program is also cross-fertilized by EUCLID's programs in Monitoring and Evaluation, and in Global Economic Development.

Historically, EUCLID grew out of the cooperation between universities and the International Organization for Sustainable Development (IOSD) which was the original SD international organization and which became a EUCLID-affiliated institute in 2008.

The MPAID is the only master’s degree program in this area of expertise organized by an international intergovernmental organization with a university mandate, and it is part of a family of graduate programs officially used by senior civil servants over 4 continents. It is also highly relevant to managers and executives working for multinational companies.

EUCLID’s MPAID offers a strong core of economics concepts capped with high-level courses covering public policy, economic development, sustainability, ecological economics, etc.

Graduates can expect to complete the program transformed and enhanced in their ability to make a difference in global development and sustainability.
