Analyze trends in food production, trade, and consumption, and formulate evidence-based responses that leverage market dynamics and emerging technologies for competitive advantage.

Design and manage agri-business projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, sustainability goals, and stakeholder needs.
Lead corporate-wide and sector-level transformation initiatives in agri-business, overcoming organizational resistance, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving sustainable change.
Develop food safety and quality assurance frameworks that address regulatory compliance, consumer expectations, and international standards.
Create effective strategies for risk management in commodity markets, including price volatility, supply chain disruptions, and climate-related uncertainties.
Communicate agri-business strategy and transformation plans effectively to diverse stakeholders, including producers, policymakers, investors, and community leaders.
Focus:Â The program focuses on the economic, managerial, and policy dimensions of agri-business and food systems, rather than purely technical agricultural sciences.
